Error description

• Abend S0C4 processing a x'4002' checkpoint record containing
  a x'03' record which had an invalid residual data within it.
  When following data lengths, the DFSKSCR0 logic used signed
  instructions which failed to detect an EBCDIC field used
  as length was in fact invalid, and as a result cleared beyond
  the end of the record and overlaid it's own object code.
