Error description

• 1. On panel ADB21TAV,  when line commands and primary command
  are entered simultaneously,  the line commands are ignored
     and changes to limit key values are wiped out.
  2. Panel ADB21DAJ fails while including utility skeletons due
     to the involvement of inappropriate utility options.
