Error description

• The CCF application programming interface should be changed to
  allow its use by online CICS applications.
  As reported by customer we have an ABEND0C1 , R14 points back to
  our API module CCFCAPI0 at offset x'78A' just after a x'05EF'
  branch.

  This APAR is adding the following new function:
  1. CCF should be able to dynamically call the IMS language
  interface module AIBTDLI if it is available.  Calling it
  dynamically will allow the CCF callable application programming
  interface module CCFCAPI0 to be used in a CICS online
  environment.
  2.CCF should be able to dynamically call the APPC/MVS TP
  Conversation Callable Services module ATBALC6 if it is
  available.  Calling it dynamically will enable debugging of
  intermittent APPC/MVS timeout issues.
