Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Admin Tool attempting to change *
*                 a column type  from  the char  or Varchar to *
*                 Decimal,Smallint, or Integer when the column *
*                 has a  NULL  value and the user chooses "Z - *
*                 Set  the  field to  zero (or  blank for char *
*                 columns)"  on the DB2 Admin ALTER the Column *
*                 Truncation panel, ADB27CTC.                  *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Either the Convert step (CNVRT50) ends  *
*                      with ONCODE 150 warnings,  or the LOAD  *
*                      step  terminates  with  an S04E abend.  *
*                      DSNU017I DSNUGBAC  - UTILITY DATA BASE  *
*                      SERVICES  MEMORY   EXECUTION  ABENDED,  *
*                      REASON=X'00E40323'.                     *
