Non-IDM error when accessing documents

Troubleshooting


Problem

When accessing a document from a thick client IDM Desktop 4.0-009, you get the following error: Error number: 80040005 You can open the document without any error from a thin client

Symptom

Open a document from IDMDT and you'll see the error
