  *                      case used to work correctly before      *

  *                      2. An abend S0C4 occurs when unloading  *
  *                      a partitioned table space with several  *
  *                      SELECT coded in a single UNLOAD         *
  *                      command and with ORDER CLUSTER, each    *
  *                      SELECT unloading a different subset of  *
  *                      partiions. PB 9127                      *
  *                      3. An abend U1009 occurs when           *
  *                      unloading in 2 separate UNLOAD          *
  *                      commands a subset of partitions of the  *
  *                      same partitioned table space, with an   *
  *                      ORDER BY or ORDER CLUSTER clause. The   *
  *                      size of second set of partitions is     *
  *                      not estimated and the estimated size    *
  *                      passed to the SORT defaults to 1000     *
  *                      rows per partition.  PB 9129            *
  *                      4. Unload plus syntax: an abend S0C4    *
  *                      occurs when a partitioned table space   *
  *                      is unloaded using a separate file per   *
  *                      partition. This case used to work       *
  *                      correctly before APAR PK58182. PB 9130  *

  1. Module Otmplate and Inzrunh were changet to pad the ddname
  returned by the system on 8 bytes.
  2. Module Inzpab, function inzpabAnalyseNativeTask has been
  changed to test which index partition is accessed by each task.
  3. Module Inzpab, function inzpabBuildZpcts was changet to do
  the estimation of all partition accessed in the unload task.
  4. Module inzctrlh was changed to check if the list of used
  ddnames exists before using it.
