Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool CM function created only an ALTER
  statement ALTER TABLE aaa.aaa ALTER PARTITIONn ENDING when a
  column was added to a TABLE's PARTITION BY statement.
  
  The ALTER fails SQLCODE -663
   DSNT408I SQLCODE = -663, ERROR:  THE NUMBER OF KEY LIMIT VALUES
  IS EITHER ZERO, OR GREATER THAN THE NUMBER OF COLUMNS IN THE KEY
  OF INDEX

  OC should generate DROP/CREATE TABLE with correct number of
  partitioningkey columns.
