Error description

  • When a partitioned tablespace is unloaded, and when a unique
OUTDDN output file is used for each partition, and if the OUTDDN
DD card names contain the same 'base string' of characters, then
data may be rewritten to the first of the two out files.
For example, where the OUTDDN is defined for each partition as
SYSREC1, SYSREC2, etc. up to SYSREC11, then SYSREC11 begins with
the same seven characters as SYSREC1. In this case data intended
for SYSREC11 may be written to SYSREC1 instead.

Local fix

  • Code SYSREC1 as SYSREC01 instead so that it's 'base string'
    not a match to SYSREC11.
