  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. SQLCODE -911 on the DATABASE when    *
  *                      trying to do an ALTER, DROP or CREATE   *

  *                      database as a TS being unloaded by HPU. *
  *                      The PREPARE statement issue to check    *
  *                      the authority of the userid kept a      *
  *                      lock on the DATABASE during all the     *
  *                      unload. PB9038                          *
  *                      2. In DB2 V8 and V9, the DISPLAY GROUP  *
  *                      command is issued using the userid who  *
  *                      submitted the job, while the userid     *
  *                      set in variable VUM028/DISPLUSR should  *
  *                      be used.  The following error messages  *

  *                      a V8 DB2 data sharing subsystem, using  *
  *                      the group name, with error message      *
  *                      INZI150S : DB2 OPEN PLAN ERROR, PLAN:   *
  *                      name, ERROR CODE: 200 REASON CODE:      *
  *                      00C10208. PB9075                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  1. Modules INZCRXSM, INZCRXSQ, INZQUERY were changed to do a
  commit after the PREPARE and after the OPEN of the cusrsor. The
  cursor is now also prepared with the WITH HOLD clause.
  2. Module inzquery was changed to use the content of parmlib
  variable DISPLUSR to do the DISPLAY GROUP.
  3. Module inztpmem was changed to remove the display group under
  ISPF.
  4. Module inzmain was changed to reopen the pan with the SSID
  instead of the group name after doing the DISPLAY GROUP.
