PK57565: Closing the Servers project should refresh the Servers view

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a server object is located in the workspace and its corresp
  onding/parent Project is closed, the server remains to exist in
  the Servers view. When you try to open the server editor multipl
  e errors may occur .
  
  Steps To Reproduce:
  
  1. Create a new workspace with a new Server and move this server
   to the
  workspace.
  2. Close the Servers project.
  3. The Servers view still contains the server created in step 1
  even though the corresponding project has been closed.
  
  If there is a server configuration associated to this server and
   it is also in the workspace, then multiple errors will occur wh
  en I try to open the editor for this configuration.  I think eit
  her the server should be 'locked' (meaning
  it cannot be modified) or it should be removed from the Servers
  view.
  

Local fix

Problem summary
