Abstract

This document provides information on the Lifecycle dates for the Hardware Machine Types (MT) for IBM DataPower Gateway and IBM MQ appliances.

The following table lists the planned dates that Remote Technical Support will be withdrawn for each Hardware Generation of the IBM WebSphere Appliances: DataPower Gateways and MQ appliances

Notes:

  • 2426, 7198, and 7199 appliances are not eligible for a service extension beyond 31 Dec 2019.
  • 8436 54X M2000 appliances are not eligible for a service extension beyond 30 Apr 2020.
  • The 8436 DataPower appliances are not eligible for service extensions beyond 30 June 2023.
