Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB26COV 'Alter Stored
  Procedure' allows input for fields SQL,WLM ENV and EXT SECURITY
  resulting in a SQLCODE -104 error on DB2 9.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: SQLCODE -104 received  when ALTERing a  *
  *                      stored procedure using panel ADB26COV.  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  When J (Java)  s used as the value for the PARM STYLE option on
  panel ADB26COV,the resulting SQL ALTER statement built by Admin
  contains no  value for PARAMETER STYLE, resulting in a -104 SQL
  code.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has  been fixed. In addition, the acceptable values
  for the PARM STYLE are changed when using  DB2 V8 and higher to
  reflect the current documented syntax of SQL instead of DB2SQL.
  The panel text  indicates S - SQL as the accepted value in this
  case, but either S (for SQL) or D (for DB2SQL) will be accepted
  in V8 or higher, since DB2 accepts both values.
