Error description

removing the cluster from the bus stops the messaging engine on
    the server.

Local fix

  • Restart the messaging engine which is stopped.

An application server which is a member of a cluster can
host a messaging engine for a service integration as follows.
    - Server bus member:
The application server is made a member of the bus.
A messaging engine is owned by that server.
    - Cluster bus member:
The cluster is made a member of the bus.
One or more messaging engines is created within the
cluster, which can run on any of the application
      servers in the cluster.

It is valid for an application server in a cluster
that is a cluster bus member to also be made a server
    bus member.

This issue occurs when cluster bus membership is removed
for a cluster where one of the application servers in that
cluster is also a server bus member, and has a running
    messaging engine.
This server bus member messaging engine is incorrectly
stopped when the cluster bus membership is removed.
