  Explanation: The function task invoked the XCI randomizer
  routine to perform initialization or termination call. The
  return code from the randomizer routine shown in the error
  message was not zero.
  System Action: The job ends with an abend code of U3369.
  
  Programmer Response: Refer the description of the return code
  and reason code of the  XCI randomizer specification. Correct
  any errors, and rerun the job.
