Error description

• Proxy load balancer filter FFDC code does not report the
  location of a NullPointerException.

  When proxy load balancer filter encounters an exception, it
  thows a new exception and only prints out the encosed
  exception name. Determining the cause of the enclosed exception
  becomes difficult since the stack trace of enclosed exception
  is missing.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, the proxy load balancer filter will print out
  the enclosed exception stack trace.
  The fix is targeted for fix packs 6.0.2.27 and 6.1.0.15.
