Error description

• CCF batch job experiences a S0C4 abend when using DATAGRPEXP=Y
  andall libraries in the STEPLIB concatenation are APF
  authorized.
  When a module link-edited as RENT is loaded from an APF
  authorized library, it is put into protected storage, An attempt
  to update the protected storage will result in an ABEND0C4.
