Error description

  • The scenario is simple:
    1. Install WebSphere Application Server 6.1.0.11 on any
       operating system
    2. Install a Session Initiation Protocol proxy application
    3. Configure the UAS to respond with a bad message,
       such as a message with a bad Date header
    4. Initiate one call from the UAC
    5. You will see that Application Server consumes 100% CPU
