Error description

• You cannot enter Japanese characters up to max length in some fi
  elds.
  Example of those fields include:
  Resource Management view ? Pool ? References portlet ? Company n
  ame, Address or contact name.
  For example, the company name field's maximum length is 50 bytes
  . One Japanese character uses 3 byte, therefore, the maximum len
  gth will be 16 characters when all the characters are Japanese.
   Suppose 15 characters are already entered and confirmed. If you
   try to type something to enter another character, you can type
  just one character before it is committed (Kakutei). However, yo
  u often need to type more than one hiragana to enter one Kanji c
  haracter.
  A user usually types multiple hiragana characters before committ
  ing, so the current design with 7.1 is problematic.
