Sometimes a * * change to the current value is ignored. * * Sometimes tag is completely removed. * * Users may report that CM is no longer * * active or available. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF. * **************************************************************** The circumvention is to specify the value for the owner of the CM objects using the CMOWN parameter of the ADBL CLIST when starting Admin Tool.
