Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparision Tool generated inappropriate LOAD
  syntax resulting in a RC=08 and message:
  DSNU329I  AAAAA- DSNURWUF - FIELD 'AAAAAAAAA' IS NOT DEFAULTABLE
  when processing a table with defined as:
   ("AAAAAAAAA"          CHAR(1) FOR SBCS DATA WITH DEFAULT NULL)

  *                      for a table with lowercase column names *
  *                      and  when a DISCARDDN template is used, *
  *                      the  LOAD utility may fail with message *
  *                      DSNU329I.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  The rexx  code used to  process the input statements was
  inproperly  translating the statements to uppercase when
  a DISCARDDN template was used.  This caused the input to
  DB2  for the  column to be in  uppercase, resulting in a
  column name that did not belong to the table.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problems have been fixed.
