PK54649: Running reports in CQ Web fails with error This

Error description

• When running a report the report format of which includes the
  RATL_LocalDateTime formula in CQ Web 7.0.0.1-iFix04, the
  following error is encountered:
  This field name is not known. Details: errorKind Error in File
  C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\{3C8210C6-B434-4C29-ACC9-3E34C0889EC2}.rpt:
  Error in formula . 'RATL_LocalDateTime
  ({_CRPT_TMP0001.Submit_Date})' This field name is not known.
  Details: errorKind
  The same report works fine in the native client and on lower
  versions of CQ Web.
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Create SAMPL database
  - Modify any report format of a Record Type that has a date
  field (e.g. Defect) to include the RATL_LocalDateTime formula as
  explained in
  http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21152189  /
  Alternatively, create a new report format
  - If you created a new report format, create a new report and
  associate a query and the newly created report format. If you
  edited an existing report format, go to the next step.
  - Run the report in the native client. This will work.
  - Run the report in CQ Web. This will fail with above error.
  Further Info:
  - The reports server (running on the same machine as CQ Web) is
  CRXI.
