Error description

• There is an inconsistency in the Accounting Trace report
  between CPU time at the thread level and the rollup.
  Inconsistency between Class 7 and Class 2 CP PAR.TASKS
  time calculation.
  Class 7 CP PAR.TASKS does include UDF TCB TIME reported in
  IFCID(3) for a parallel / subordinate task while Class 2 does
  not
