Error description

• ABEND0C4 during UNLOAD of a TS created before DB2 V5 for which
  DB2 catalog has CCSID 0 and the INZTVAR installation variable
  member has VUU023/UNLSCHEM or UNLOAD SYSIN = ASIS.
