APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, when using the MIGRATE function
  and parms specified in panel ADB28M are DDL=N DATA=Y CHECK=Y
  COMBINE=Y whether using Unload or HPU, JCL generated is missing
  the ENDIF for the initial IF statement.
  

Local fix

• Add ENDIF before the 2nd IF (RC>7) THEN statement.
