PK52599: ADOConnection Open Failure error when adding HISTORY field to re port formats in 7.0.1 w/SQL Server

Error description

• When using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as a back-end database with
  the MR1 release of ClearQuest, it is not possible to successful
  ly add the History field to a report format, as it will throw th
  e following error:
  ADOConnection Open Failure
  Connect String : Driver={SQL Server};UID=?db_user_name?;DATABASE
  =?database_name?;PWD=***;SERVER=?server_name?
  Error : Command text was not set for the command object
  This is a regression against previous versions of ClearQuest, an
  d is reproducible out of the box with the SAMPL database using t
  he default DefectTracking schema.
  To Reproduce:
  1.) Create an out-of-the-box ClearQuest environment using Micros
  oft SQL Server 2000 as your back-end database
  2.) Double-click one of the out-of-the-box report formats, and a
  ttempt to add the History field (as a whole) to the report forma
  t.
  3.) Try to commit the changes to the database. You should not ne
  ed to author the report, as simply adding the field and clicking
   OK will generate the error.
  Thus far the problem only seems to present itself on SQL Server,
   and has not been reported against other database vendors.

• A fix is available in ClearQuest versions 7.0.1.3 and 7.1
