Error description
When we try to submit a Report/Extract Request (via ALZDBRC program) referencing an IMS V10, jobs ends with message "ALZ0513W No Log files for the required time range are available" though the log file exists. We have no problem referencing an IMS V8 system.

Problem conclusion
1. Problem with the DBRC API, see APAR PK50752, apply PTF UK29366. 2. IMSPI has been fixed to add the ZONE parameter to the API. This fixes a problem with time range selection.
