This problem occurs if a DB2 Connect fixpack is installed
into the same folder as the GA installation.

Error recieved:
Setup has found an old DB2 version on your system. To install
IBM DB2 Performance Expert Agent V2, you need at least DB2
version "8.1.0.88".
