PK50567: Custom closed state not closed in invest. map ? pivots

• Closed as Permanent restriction.

Error description

• The custom closed state defined for scope items in administratio
  n datafields tab looks like not closed in investment map, pivots
   and reports.
  Steps to reproduce:
  Define a custom state  Rejected  for issues and click its  Close
  d State option (Scope State Error 1.jpg).
  Create an issue item in scope management view and set its state
  to Rejected. This is working fine (Scope State Error 2.jpg).
  Open pivot table  Scope Management  --?  General Scope Elements(
  f)  to see the issue previously created and closed by  Rejected
   state.Although it is closed, it still looks as it is  pending
  in state
  class. (Scope State Error 3.jpg).
  Open investment map for the issue s project and open scope manag
  ement  view by right clicking on bubble, then put mouse pointer
  over issues chart to see tool tip wizard. Although it is closed,
   it looks as it is open. (Scope State Error 4.jpg).
  Open scope management(f) ? issues(f) ? Issue detail(f) report, t
  o see information about the issue. In key info part the issue lo
  oks as it is pending. (Scope State Error 4.jpg)
