  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Provides a new method to extend IOVF    *
  *                      and/or SDEP in original expansion.      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  Original expansion performance is impacted because the IMS/FP
  Create utility, DBFUMRI0, runs twice internally.
  The new method runs DBFUMRI0 once to be copied to the extended
  ADS.
  After that, the new method renames the temporary ADS that
  contains extended image to the original ADS in the subsequent
  step.
  
  The subsequent program gets the interface information that was
  generated by the OAE original expansion process and does the
  follows;
  1. Stops the area in all sharing IMS systems that join in the
  XCF group
  2. Deletes the original ADS
  3. Renames the temporary ADS to the original one
  4. Starts the area in all sharing IMS systems that join in the
  XCF group

• Original expansion provides a new keyword
  EXTEND_TYPE=COPY|RENAME.
  When the EXTEND_TYPE=RENAME is specified, you must run the
  subsequent program to rename the temporary ADS to the original
  ADS.
