Troubleshooting
Problem
EBR intermittently fails. when using a script.
Symptom
EBR Full Offline Backup. It runs as a Windows Scheduled task every night. It invokes a CMD file. In the CMD file the command "initfnsw -y stop" is running when it hangs.

Resolving The Problem
This problem is not reproducible and it doesn't happen every night....it has happened 3 times in 2 months (with the EBR running every night). Running the EBR manually will always work.
Since this is a Windows Server, try replacing statements
"net stop IMSService" with "start /WAIT net stop IMSService",
"initfnsw -y stop" with "start /WAIT initfnsw -y stop", etc. in the "EBR_full_off_bkup.cmd" script.
The sleep statements may not be long enough, but using"start /wait", will force the statement to complete before continuing.
