APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The web services engine should close the stream provided by the
  XLXP parser to improve memory usage.

Problem conclusion

• This change is totally internal and you will see no change in
  functionality.  We are attempting to reduce our memory
  footprint and improve memory usage.
  
  This fix is scheduled for fix pack 6.1.0.15.
