PK47121: cannot remove Read-only attribute of view private file after the Archive attribute has been removed from the data container

Error description

• The readonly file attribute cannot be removed from view
  private files after the Archive file attribute has been
  removed from the data container.
  Step to reproduce:
  Have a view and create a view private file.
  Make the file readonly.
  Find the data container of the view private file and remove
  the Archive attribute.
  Remove the readonly file attribute from the view private file.
