Error description

• DBEDIT was ISPF based an provided PF Key support.  PF Keys are
  foreign to a GUI.  The GUI architecture of DB2 Table Editor
  provides other mechanisms to manuever thru forms like scrolling
  windows.
  
  This fix removes the PFKEY references on converted DBEDIT forms,
  to avoid confusion for users.
  

Local fix

• ignore PF key text on DBEDIT converted forms.
