no error is indicated and the default group name of '001'
is used.

From PTM KA30286:
When SCI is up, INIT.RECON with IMSPLEX=PLEX1 and DBRCGRP=GRP1
specified in DSPURX00 EXEC PARM.  "GRP1" is ignored and "001"
is used instead.
