    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A Resume TPIPE command is nack'ed by *
    * OTMA wherein the message contains sense *
    * code of x'33'. However, the reason *
    *                      code contains x'00' instead of a        *

    * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF *
    ****************************************************************
    When the Resume TPIPE command is nack'ed because of various
    reasons, the corresponding value for a reason is stored in a
    field that should be defined as a halfword and this field is
    passed on to the field that is a parameter for Send_Nack
    routine. All the involved fields must be a declared as a
    halfword because the field for the reason code in the message
    is declared as a halfword, also.

Problem conclusion

  • AIDS: RIDS/DCS RIDS/GEN DCS GEN
      DEP: NONE
      GEN:

    *** END IMS KEYWORDS ***
    The field that contains the reason code is declared as a
    halfword in DFSYMEM0.
