APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool GEN and DDL commands do not include
  a PRIQTY or SECQTY when the objects are defined as having a -1
  value.

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of ADMIN  GEN who want to generate     *
  *                 CREATE  INDEX and  CREATE TABLESPACE DDL     *
  *                 with PRIQTY and SECQTY values of -1 when     *
  *                 appropriate.                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: GEN produces DDL for CREATE  INDEX  and *
  *                      CREATE  TABLESPACE  without  PRIQTY and *
  *                      SECQTY of -1,values which are supported *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  The fix  modifies GEN so that  these values are produced in the
  DDL when defaults are Kept,  and not produced when defaults are
  Removed.The fix has no effect of versions of DB2 V7 or earlier.
