Error description

• 1. PTF UK21102 ( APAR PK32899 ) provided a ++HOLD DOC
  2. This ++HOLD DOC advised that a RC=8 from then 'IEW2456E
     9207 SYMBOL IPIP40 UNRESOLVED.' message was acceptible during
     SMP/E Apply of UK21102.
  3. SERVERPAC build process does not permit RC=8 values from a
     PTF.

  Symbol IPIP40 is no longer referenced due to specific references
  to CSECTS with suffixed numbers relating to IMS releases have
  been removed.
  

Problem conclusion

• This will remove MODs and LMODs from the product which are no
  longer required.
  Missing symbol IPIP40 will no longer occur
  This service will have a pre-requisite of UK21102 / PK32899
