Error description

  • ABENDS0C7 IPIPTS00 at X'972' due to unexpected value in field
DLRTMEIO of the type07 (application accounting) record.
This APAR will not correct any unexpected values in this field
(IMS is looking into correcting that), but will allow IMS PA
to ignore these values and not ABEND when these values are
encountered during processing of the log records.

In an X'07' record for DBCTL region, field DLRTIMEIO should
contain timestamp data in packed format, it may contain CPUID
data which is not packed.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Verify the DLRTMEIO and DLRTMEPL fields are in packed format
before processing, otherwise ignore.
