* USERS AFFECTED: This will affect DB2 ADMIN CMDB TOOL V7.2.   *
*                 User's who use 'Change reporting options'    *
*                 on the 'Run a Change' Panel.                 *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Duplicate Dataset name found for        *
*                      CATOUT Allocation .                     *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
When running the JCL created from the "Run a Change' Panel a JCL
error is possible  with the creating of a second CATOUT  Dataset
for the New Base Version JCL..
