  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IBM Data Sever Driver for JDBC and      *

  *                 column defined as TIMESTAMP WITH TIMEZONE,   *
  *                 Parameter instance                           *
  *                 2154-10-19T10:00:30.708+08:00 is invalid     *
  *                 for the requested conversion to              *
  *                 java.sql.Timestamp. To avoid                 *
  *                 ERRORCODE=-4220, SQLSTATE=null, added        *
  *                 support for -T- character for column         *
  *                 TIMESTAMP WITH TIMEZONE. The issue has been  *
  *                 fixed. (RT DBC-1136)                         *
