Error description

• When updating rows of a table that is included in an
  index-partitioned tablespace, the RID is generated incorrectly,
  causing unexpected results. This can cause the following issues:
  1. Error message ETI714E with SQLCODE -803.
  2. SQLCODE +100 and message 'Not affected rows :1'.
