  get DFS672I message followed by abend with system completion
  code 'FFE'.

Problem conclusion

• IMS V15 APAR PI83450 provides the enhancement for the IMSCTF
  system definition macro, and the SVCNO specification has been
  moved to the IMS installation default module (DFSIDEF0).
  ORF job uses its own DFSIDEF0 module to enforce DBRC=YES, but
  this DFSIDEF0 module does not include the SVCNO specification,
  so the IMS modules that are called in the ORF job fail to look
  up the SVC numbers and use the default numbers after the PTF for
  IMS APAR PI83450 is applied, which can cause the job to abend
  with system completion code 'FFE'.
  This APAR modifies ORF to use the DFSIDEF0 module that is based
  on the one loaded from the STEPLIB concatenation.
