APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SQLcode -811 in DGO@TPM6 during attempt to SELECT INTO for SQL
  statement with cur_stmtnox = +894.
  That happened because Explain code did not expect that the same
  SQL statement number can be presented in more than one package
  section.
  

Local fix

• use EXPLAIN from DB2 on z/OS

  1. OMPE Batch EXPLAIN Report message FPEY0509W may appear when
  the PACKAGE to EXPLAIN has an SQL statement with the same
  statement number STMTNOX in more than one PACKAGE section. In
  such cases the SQL statement can be uniquely qualified by the
  statement number STMTNOX and section number SECTNOX combination.
  
  2. OMPE Batch EXPLAIN Report message FPEY0538W may appear when
  the QMFQUERY to EXPLAIN has its first SQL statement starting
  at the first position with no leading 'blank' character. This
  causes OMPE to incorrectly compose the EXPLAIN statement for
  such a QMF QUERY.
  

Problem conclusion
