PI91344: DB2 ADMIN TOOL - RC08 AND ADB5266E WITH ADMIN ACCELERATOR LOAD

APAR status

Error description

• When using ADMIN ACCELERATOR LOAD DATACHANGED YES and there are
  no tables or partitions that need to be refreshed ADBTEP2
  returns RC08 with error message:
    ADB5266E Table(s) cannot be loaded in the accelerator. No
             tables were found whose data needs to be reloaded on
             the accelerator <accelname>.
  
  Data of all the tables on the accelerator are in sync.
  
  This should be a warning instead and ADBTEP2 should return Rc04.

  When issuing ADMIN ACCEL statements in batch, warning
  cases are treated as errors and job fails with RC=08, instead
  of job success with RC=04.
  
  This APAR adds a fix to issue warning message and job is
  successful with RC=04, when warning is encountered from
  IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA).
