  *                      report ADBRPTSM of Batch Restart        *
  *                      Program ADBTEP2 is shown in decimal     *
  *                      format, hexadecimal format is expected. *

  *                      Also, ADBTEP2 terminates its process    *
  *                      abnormally with error IBM0280S when     *
  *                      a DB2 utility terminates with an abend. *
  *                                                              *

  *                      raised by a SIGNAL statement.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Batch Restart Program (ADBTEP2) executes WSLs and writes the
  results in Summary Report ADBRPTSM DD.  When an abend occurred
  during the execution of a utility, the return code is
  displayed in decimal format. This APAR fix is to display
  abend return code in hexadecimal format.
  
  Below is an example when 0C4 ('0C40000'x) abend, which is
  802816 in decimal, occurred while DB2 UNLOAD util was
  running:

  Also fixed, when DB2 utility terminates with abend, ADBTEP2
  does not handle the error properly. As a result, ADBTEP2
  terminates its process with IBM0280S. This error occurs when
  the running system has TSO APAR OA54904 installed. With
  this APAR and the TSO APAR installed, return code in the
  ADBRPTSM will be S0E4 and process ends with RC=12 with the
  proper error sequence. If the TSO APAR is not installed,
  the job fails with a OC4.abend.
