• The following error message was incorrectly externalized when
  DB2 detected LOB tablespace is full. RC00C20064 is not issued
  correctly.
    DSNT408I SQLCODE = -904, ERROR:  UNSUCCESSFUL
    EXECUTION CAUSED BY AN UNAVAILABLE RESOURCE.
    REASON 00C20064, TYPE OF RESOURCE  00000200

  Incorrect SQLCODE904 message with RC00C20064 when Db2 detects
  LOB table space reached max size. The correct reason code
  should be RC00C2009D.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code is changed to ensure reason code RC00C2009D is
  issued when Db2 detects LOB table space reaches its
  maximum size.
