*                      can not see complete value for fields   *
*                      JOBNAME and TIME STARTED.               *

When using panel ADB2Z2U2 to display/terminate utilities,
the user can not see complete value for fields JOBNAME
and TIME STARTED because these are scrollable/expandable
fields. User needs a way to see these values without having to
scroll.

JOBINFO to display full information for fields JOBNAME and
