Error description

• Correct the resolution of the variables "&UT( n )", "&UT(,n)",
  "&UT" when used in TEMPLATES. When UET processes a &UT variable
  with a sub-string notation, it must be preceded with an alpha
  numeric character, because UET does not check for an invalid DSN
  character in the first position of the data set name qualifier.
  This restriction occurs if &UT variable is not started from
  first position of Utility ID.
