    ****************************************************************
When using the ALT command to alter a tablespace to
PBR, along with its associated index change, the partition
clause of a CREATE TABLE statement is generated with
    an unnecessary blank limit key.

    PARTITION BY (column_name1 ASC,
      column_name2 ASC,
      column_name3 ASC,
      column_name4 ASC)
      (PARTITION 1 ENDING AT (100),
      PARTITION 2 ENDING AT (),
      PARTITION 3 ENDING AT (9999),
      PARTITION 4 ENDING AT ())

The incorrect change statement results in the following
    SQLCODE -104 error:

     DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR: ILLEGAL
SYMBOL ">closed parenthesis<". SOME SYMBOLS THAT MIGHT BE
     LEGAL ARE: MAXVALUE MINVALUE >CHARSTRING<
     >HEXSTRING< >GRAPHSTRING<

NOTE: >closed parenthesis< is actually the symbol.
