Problem
This technote provides instructions on how to possibly resolve the error, Internal Error: 2739, when installing IBM Rational ClearCase version 7.0.1 on systems running Microsoft Windows Vista.
Symptom
Attempts to install IBM Rational ClearCase or ClearQuest on Windows Vista 32 Bit results in the following error:
